Refund Policy
Asia InfoTech has created this refund policy to:
- Describe the circumstances when Asia InfoTech will issue a refund,
- The process for claiming a refund against an order and
- The liabilities of Asia InfoTech related to a transaction ending in a refund claim.
We offer non-tangible irrevocable products, this is why our Refund Policy is conditional, and refunds are allowed only if purchased product is not as described, namely:
-- If the product you have purchased does not have features and functionality as described at www.asiainfotech.in website, and
-- After we have determined that these features could not be implemented with the software (to avoid any such situation or misunderstanding, please refer to "Frequently Asked Questions" and Guides at www. asiainfotech.in website and/or contact us to make sure that we can indeed provide the services that you desire).
Eligibility for Refund
Asia InfoTech takes every project (based on the service and / or product) very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we do entertain refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related with each service, thereof.
Web Design / Logo Design / Brochure Design
- Full refund if project has not initiated or if the initial design style is not approved.
- If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design style is approved, then we will issue a partial refund as per the proportion of the work completed.
- If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, no refunds will be issued.

Web Programming Service
- Full Refunds if the project has not started.
- Every web programming project has its own agreement. In case there is no agreement and explicit mention of refund policy, the following delivery policy will be applicable.
- Partial refund will be issued as per the discretion of the service provider if the project has not been completed as per the delivery policy and agreed upon contract. This will be calculated as per the proportion of the project completed by Asia InfoTech and the proportion that is left to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.

Asia InfoTech may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Asia InfoTech’s websites after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.

NOTE:
- 10% processing fee (included in the amount received) will not be refundable.
- No repeated refunds are available.
- Refunds for custom services (e.g. installation services, custom programming services) are not available.
- Refund is processed within 7 (seven) business days after you post a request for refund.
- All bank transfer commissions are paid by customer. We are not responsible for reimbursement of any bank charges to customer.
